Thank You Unisphere Photo Walkers
Thanks to all the dedicated photographers who participated in my Unisphere Photo Walk today. Great fun!
Here is the link to our Facebook page for this awesome event. Post your photos!
For now, here is the coolest dude I photographed. Enhanced with Nik Snapseed.
And here's a shot of one of the cutest girls at the event. Duplex filter in Nik Color Efex Pro and frame added in Snapseed.
Uh . . . not everyone showed up with a digital camera. I figure a vintage camera deserves a vintage effect (via Snapseed).
I saw Led Zeppelin at the New York Pavilion (below) in 1969. Wish I had taken my camera back then.
A perfect sunset was the end of a perfect day.
Thank you Nik Software for sponsoring the event.
Save 15% when you use this code – RSAMMON - on all Nik Plug-ins. Go to the Nik web site to start the plug-in fun, and savings. You must live in the US to take advantage of these savings.
For personal hands-on training, check out my Croton Creative Workshop, only about an hour away from the Unisphere.
Explore the light,
P.S. My grandmother took me to the World's Fair at this site in 1964. I was about the size of Thomas Raggio at that time.
Here's a shot of Thomas by his dad, John, and Thomas' shot using the Sammon Swirl technique. We need more young people on our walks and workshops!
