Awesome Lightroom Training Class: 17+ Hours!

I'm at the California Photo Fest in San Luis Obispo, CA. The photo fun and education officially starts tomorrow. Can't wait.

Several of the instructors, including Hal Schmitt, the lead instructor at Light, met for sushi last night. Good fun.

Speaking of fun, Hal likes to make learning fun, as I do. And speaking of learning, here is a post from a few months ago on Hal's awesome on-line Lightroom class.

Before I tell you about this awesome new Lightroom class, let me tell you about the instructor, Hal Schmitt, a.k.a. Bull Schmitt.

After meeting Hal a few years ago, I told my son, "Out of all my friends in the photo industry, I want you to meet Hal." Hal, for whom I have the greatest respect, is not only a talented photographer, master printer, digital artist, wine maker, BPME creator, workshop leader, and director of the Light Photographic Workshop (which runs the California Photo Festival), he's gotta be one of the smartest guys I know. After all, you don't get to be a Top Gun instructor (yes that Top Gun) for being just a nice, caring and compassionate guy.

About the class: Lightroom 4 Complete Training:
- 17+ hours of training. That's a ton of lessons.
- Comprehensive training on the entire program.
- Taught by one of the world's best instructors.
- You'll master Lightroom and become a better image maker.
- Hal does not miss a single feature, slider, button, tool, etc. (That's why the class is 17+ hours.)
- No BS in this class by BS (Bull Schmitt).

What's more, the class is on sale for $25 until August 31st. After that the price goes to $50.

If you'd like hands-on Lightroom training on an awesome workshop, I hope you can join Bull Schmitt and yours truly on our 2013 Alaska workshop. Talk about shooting and learning!

If you come on the Alaska workshop, here is a list of gear I recommend.

Explore the light,

Rick - It was great seeing you at the NY photo walk! Thanks for the info on this Lightroom tutorial. I purchased it right away and it easily paid for itself in the first 15 minutes! I can't wait to go through the remaining 17 hours now! keep the great recommendations coming!
